When placing an order with Alpha Skin B.V. ("Alpha Skin", "we", "us", or "our") for products sold on our websites, apps, and other sales channels (collectively, the "Site"), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect, contact our customer service before placing your order.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version shown at the top of these Terms is the version currently in force. Each time you place an order, the Terms in force at that time apply. If we make material changes that affect an existing order or subscription, we will notify you in advance and inform you of your right to cancel if you do not agree.

Article 1 – Definitions
Additional Agreement: An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract, supplied by Alpha Skin B.V. or a third party under an arrangement with Alpha Skin B.V.
Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
Day: Calendar day.
Digital Content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.
Duration Contract: A contract providing for regular supply of products, services and/or digital content during a certain period.
Durable Medium: Any tool (including email) that enables information to be stored for future reference for a period suitable to the purpose and reproduced unchanged.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the cooling-off period (EU/EEA & UK).
Distance Contract: A contract concluded between Alpha Skin B.V. and the consumer under an organised system for distance sales using one or more means of distance communication up to and including conclusion of the contract.
Subscription: A Duration Contract under which the consumer receives products on a recurring basis at agreed intervals, typically at a discounted price compared to a one-time purchase.
Subscription Price: The discounted per-order price applicable to products purchased as part of a Subscription.
One-Time Price: The standard price of a product when purchased without a Subscription.
Withdrawal Form: The European model withdrawal form in Annex I.
Means of Distance Communication: Any method allowing contract conclusion without the parties being physically present at the same time.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer by Alpha Skin B.V. and every distance contract concluded between Alpha Skin B.V. and the consumer. Prior to concluding any distance contract, these Terms will be made available to the consumer. If that is not reasonably possible, we will state how they can be accessed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request. If the contract is concluded electronically, these Terms will also be made available electronically in such a way that they can be stored by the consumer on a durable medium. If additional product- or service-specific conditions apply, the consumer may in the event of conflicting terms rely on the most favourable condition.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the Products offered. Product images are illustrative only. Actual Products may differ in appearance (for example, packaging variations or minor colour differences due to screen displays). Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. Every offer clearly specifies the rights and obligations attached to acceptance, including whether the purchase is a one-time purchase or a Subscription.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out. When an order is placed electronically, Alpha Skin B.V. promptly confirms receipt of the order by electronic means. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the contract. After confirmation, cancellation of an individual order is no longer possible except under the Right of Withdrawal (Article 6) or under our voluntary international return policy. Cancellation of a Subscription is governed by Article 16. Alpha Skin B.V. reserves the right to investigate whether the consumer can meet payment obligations and may refuse an order on justified grounds.
At the latest upon delivery, Alpha Skin B.V. provides the consumer with: the business address for complaints; conditions for exercising the Right of Withdrawal or voluntary return; warranty and after-sales service details; the total price including taxes, delivery, and payment methods; for Subscriptions, the recurring price, billing interval, and cancellation conditions; duration and termination conditions (if applicable); and the Withdrawal Form (for EU/UK consumers).
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK) and Voluntary Return Policy (International)
EU/EEA & UK consumers: You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after receipt of the product. For multiple products ordered in one order, the period starts after the last item is received. For products delivered in parts, the period starts after the last part is received. For Subscriptions (contracts for the regular supply of goods), the withdrawal period starts on the day after receipt of the first product delivered under the Subscription. For services/digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period starts after contract conclusion.
US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other international customers: While statutory withdrawal rights may not apply, we offer a 14-day voluntary return policy under the same conditions as above.
Withdrawal/returns require clear notification to Alpha Skin B.V. within the withdrawal/return period.
Article 7 – Consumer Obligations During Cooling-off Period
During the withdrawal/return period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The consumer may only handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as they would in a physical store). The consumer is liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is permitted.
Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal / Returns and Costs
To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify Alpha Skin B.V. within the 14-day period using the model withdrawal form (Annex I) or another clear statement. Products must be returned within 14 days of notification. Returns must include all delivered accessories, be in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible, and follow the provided return instructions. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning goods, unless Alpha Skin B.V. agrees otherwise. For international returns outside the EU/UK, the consumer is responsible for customs declarations and return shipping.
Article 9 – Obligations of Alpha Skin B.V. upon Withdrawal / Return
Alpha Skin B.V. acknowledges receipt of withdrawal/return requests. All payments received, including standard delivery costs (but excluding additional costs for express delivery), will be refunded within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. Refunds may be withheld until Products are received back or proof of return is provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Article 10 – Exclusions from Withdrawal / Return
The Right of Withdrawal / voluntary return does not apply to: products made to consumer specifications or personalised; perishable goods or those with limited shelf life; sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, skincare); products irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery; and digital content not on a tangible medium if performance has begun with prior consent.
Article 11 – Pricing, Taxes, Duties & Currency
Prices are shown in local currency where possible and include VAT for EU customers. For international orders (outside EU), prices exclude local import duties, sales taxes, or customs charges which may apply. These are the responsibility of the consumer. During the validity period of an offer, prices will not increase except for changes in VAT or other taxes. Price increases within 3 months of order are not permitted unless required by law. For Subscriptions, the Subscription Price applies for as long as the Subscription remains active. If we change the Subscription Price, we will notify you in advance of the next billing date, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Article 12 – Compliance, Warranties & Additional Guarantee
Alpha Skin B.V. ensures Products comply with the agreement, specifications, and applicable law. Additional manufacturer or supplier guarantees do not limit statutory consumer rights.
Article 13 – Product Descriptions
Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may differ from actual products. Packaging may vary from images on the Site.
Article 14 – Orders & Purchase for Personal Use
Orders may be limited to a maximum of 8 units per product per consumer per year. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed. Alpha Skin B.V. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion.
Article 15 – Delivery, Risk, Fulfilment & Pre-Orders
Products are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Delivery will be made as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery. Pre-orders: if indicated on the Site, pre-orders will ship on or after the specified release date.
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping details before placing your order.
KLYR is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order cannot be delivered or is delivered to the address provided at checkout because of incorrect address information, we are unable to issue a refund. Where possible, we will work with the customer to arrange a reshipment; however, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Article 16 – Subscriptions
A Subscription is an agreement under which the consumer receives products on a recurring basis at the interval selected at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). In exchange for the recurring commitment, products purchased under a Subscription are offered at a discounted Subscription Price, which is lower than the One-Time Price.
The Subscription renews automatically at the chosen interval. Payment for each renewal order is collected via the payment method on file shortly before that order is processed. We will make the upcoming billing date visible in the consumer's account and/or communicate it by email.
The consumer may cancel a Subscription at any time, free of charge, via their account on the Site or by contacting our customer service. Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future renewal orders. A renewal order that has already been processed and/or shipped at the moment of cancellation cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under Article 6.
The Subscription Price is granted on the condition that the consumer enters into a recurring Subscription. If the consumer cancels the Subscription before at least one renewal order has been processed (i.e., immediately or shortly after placing the initial subscription order), Alpha Skin B.V. reserves the right to charge the consumer the difference between the One-Time Price and the Subscription Price for the products already received under the initial order. In that case, the initial order is treated as a one-time purchase at the standard One-Time Price.
Cancelling a Subscription does not cancel the initial order itself. The initial order remains valid and will be (or has been) delivered. The consumer's statutory Right of Withdrawal on delivered products (Article 6) and the exclusions in Article 10 remain fully applicable and are not limited by this Article.
The consumer may request changes to the delivery interval, delivery address, or product selection by contacting customer service or, where available, via their account.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment and/or contact the consumer. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or terminate the Subscription.
Article 17 – Duration Contracts
Termination: Consumers may terminate indefinite contracts, including Subscriptions, at any time with immediate effect for future deliveries, subject to Article 16. Fixed-term contracts end automatically unless otherwise agreed. Fixed-term contracts may not renew silently for more than 3 months, except indefinite extension which the consumer may terminate at any time.
Article 18 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 14 days of contract conclusion or, where applicable, within 14 days of the withdrawal period start. For Subscriptions, payment for each renewal order is collected automatically as described in Article 16. Accepted payment methods are those listed at checkout. Late payment may incur statutory interest and collection costs.
Article 19 – Customs, Import, Refused Parcels & Undeliverable Orders
For deliveries outside the EU, the consumer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address or non-payment of duties, Alpha Skin B.V. may deduct associated costs from any refund.
Article 20 – Promotions, Vouchers & Gift Cards
Promotional codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Article 21 – Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Skin B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products concerned.
Article 22 – Force Majeure
Alpha Skin B.V. is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, pandemics, government actions).
Article 23 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted promptly and clearly described. Complaints will be acknowledged within 14 days; if more time is required, the consumer will be notified.
Article 24 – Governing Law & Disputes
For EU/EEA and UK consumers: contracts are governed by Dutch law, and disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court. For international consumers: these Terms are governed by Dutch law, but mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply. Article 25 – Additional or Deviating Provisions
Any additional provisions may not disadvantage the consumer and must be documented in writing or on a durable medium.

Annex II – Region-Specific Consumer Rights Summary
United Kingdom (UK): Consumers have similar statutory withdrawal rights (14 days) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
United States & Canada: No statutory right of withdrawal applies. Alpha Skin offers a voluntary 14-day return policy. Consumers may also have rights under state/provincial laws regarding defective products, and certain states require simple online cancellation of automatic renewals — our Subscriptions can always be cancelled online or via customer service.
Australia & New Zealand: Consumers have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), which cannot be excluded. These guarantee that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
