You’ll receive a full refund!* You can also exchange your order for another item of the same value that suits you better. We simply ask for your feedback, and if possible, photos or videos to help us understand the issue. Your input allows us to keep improving our products. See below for our terms and conditions.

    Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee – General Terms & Conditions 

    Who is eligible?

    This is a one-time offer for first-time customers trying our products. It cannot be applied to repeat purchases of the same product. 



    Return request period

    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period are not eligible under this policy.

    To start a return, please contact our customer service team. We’ll review your request and guide you through the process.


    Trying your products

    We understand you may need to test a product before deciding you’d like to return it.

    • You are allowed to open and test items. If you ordered multiple products, only one item per product-type can be opened and tested. See points below for further details. 
    • Non-tested products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Packages may be opened, but not damaged. 


    Please note: 

    • Testing only concerns the Concealing Cream+, the Daycream+ or the Tandrops+. If you open and use a Concealing Sponge+, we can’t refund it due to hygiene reasons.
    • This only applies to first-time consumers testing our products. Testing cannot be applied to repeat purchases of the same product!



    Ordered multiple units of the same product?

    If you ordered multiple items of the same product:

    • Only one item may be opened and tested. 
    • All other items must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund. 


    Refund rules:

    • If 1 item is opened → refund for all items (opened + sealed). 
    • If more than 1 item is opened → refund for only 1 opened item + any sealed items. 
    • Additional opened items are not eligible for refund. 

    Please note: different shades of the Concealer Cream+ are treated as the same product type. In this case, customers may only open one shade. If multiple shades are opened, only one opened item is eligible for refund!


    Ordered different products?

    If your order includes different products, you can test one item of each product type.

    Example:

    If you ordered:

    • 2× Concealing Cream+
    • 2× Daycream+

    You can open:

    • 1 Concealing Cream+
    • 1 Daycream+



    What will be refunded?

    You’ll receive a refund for any product that meets the conditions of our return policy. Products that don’t meet these conditions will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days after your return has been approved by our Customer Service team.


    Please note:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable due to third-party distribution partnerships.
    • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs ($6.95) will be deducted from your refund. This is because the shipping costs were already covered by us with our partners at the time of delivery.



    Return process

    You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are also responsible for ensuring your return arrives at our facility. If we don’t receive your return, we cannot review your return and unfortunately cannot process a refund. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance when sending your return.


    In short: 

    • Money Back Guarantee policy applies to first-time customers only
    • Request your return within the allowed period 
    • Only open one item per product-type
    • Opened more than allowed? → you’ll receive a partial refund 
    • The Concealing Sponge+ can’t be refunded if opened 
    • Testing & 30-day window only applies to first-time consumers
    • Return shipping is at your own cost and risk 
    • Shipping costs are not refunded

    Received a defective or damaged product? 

    Did your order arrive defective or damaged? We’ll make it right.

    • Defective or damaged products are always eligible for a refund, as long as you report the issue within the 30-day return window
    • To review your request, we ask you to provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

    Please note: 

    • This policy applies to the product itself, not the outer packaging
    • Damaged packaging alone is not considered a defective or damaged product
    • For bundles or multi-packs, only the damaged item can be replaced or refunded, not the entire set.


    We may ask for the LOT number of the damaged or defective product to investigate the issue.



    Any misuse or fraudulent claims under this policy will void your right to a refund.

    Shade Swap Guarantee

    We want you to find the shade that looks the most natural on your skin. If your KLYR
    Concealing Cream+ turns out to be too light or too dark, our Shade Swap Guarantee is here to help.

    To request a shade swap, simply contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return your original product.

    To help us recommend the correct shade, we'll ask you to send us a clear photo of the product applied to the top of your hand in natural daylight (without filters). This allows our team to accurately assess how the shade looks on your skin and recommend the best alternative.

    If we determine that a different shade is a better match, we'll send you a replacement
    shade.


    Please note:

    - The Shade Swap Guarantee is available only to first-time customers.

    - Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    - The guarantee only applies if you purchased one shade. Orders containing multiple different shades are not eligible, as the policy is intended to help customers who accidentally selected the wrong shade—not to compare or test multiple shades.

    - We may request additional photos if needed to provide the most accurate shade recommendation.
